## Transactions: `INBOUND` and `OUTBOUND` legs

Leg `direction` on [`GET /v0/transactions/{txnId}`](/api/endpoints/transactions/getbyid) is now `INBOUND` (value arriving) or `OUTBOUND` (value leaving), replacing `FROM_AGORA` and `TO_AGORA` on every transaction type. Update any code that matches on the old values.
