# Testnet Tokens

[← Switch to the Production API](/api)

> **Warning**
>
> **This is the sandbox.** It runs on testnets only. **Never send real money or real tokens to an address or bank account the sandbox returns.**
>
> The sandbox is subject to the Beta Features section of our [Terms of Use](https://static.agora.finance/termsofuse.pdf).

The sandbox runs on two EVM testnets, `avalanche-fuji` and `ethereum-sepolia`. Its tokens are testnet tokens with no value.

## Tokens

Both tokens have the same address on Fuji and Sepolia.

| Token          | Currency | Address                                      | Decimals |
| -------------- | -------- | -------------------------------------------- | -------- |
| Agora USD      | `ausd`   | `0xa9012a055bd4e0edff8ce09f960291c09d5322dc` | 6        |
| Constant Token | `ctk`    | `0x7beb5d9db0d85cbea543c04f0de8c23c2176cd9d` | 18       |

Use CTK wherever your production integration would use USDC. See [On-Chain Deposits](/api/sandbox/on-chain-deposits) for how amounts convert.

## Get tokens

### Gas

Any wallet that sends a transaction, such as a deposit or an AUSD faucet request, needs a little testnet gas. The sandbox doesn't provide it, so you will need to get it from a public faucet:

| Chain              | Gas token   | Faucet                                                                                        |
| ------------------ | ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `avalanche-fuji`   | Fuji AVAX   | [Avalanche Builder Console](https://build.avax.network/console/primary-network/faucet)        |
| `ethereum-sepolia` | Sepolia ETH | [Google Cloud Web3 Faucet](https://cloud.google.com/application/web3/faucet/ethereum/sepolia) |

These faucets are run by third parties. They may ask you to sign in, and they limit how often you can claim.

### CTK

Call [`POST /v0/sandbox/faucet`](/api/sandbox/endpoints/sandbox-tools/faucet) with an address and a network. It sends 1,000 CTK, usually within a minute.

```bash
curl -s -X POST https://api.sandbox.agora.finance/v0/sandbox/faucet \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $JWT" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"address":"0xYourWallet","network":"avalanche-fuji"}'
```

Send it to a wallet you control, then deposit from that wallet. CTK sent by the faucet straight to a deposit address is not paid out. The faucet send doesn't appear in your transactions, so check the wallet's balance.

### AUSD

Call `requestFunds(address)` on the AUSD faucet contract, `0xd236c18D274E54FAccC3dd9DDA4b27965a73ee6C`. It has the same address on Fuji and Sepolia and mints 10,000 AUSD per request. Your wallet needs a little [gas](#gas) to send the transaction. For a viem example, see [Getting Testnet Tokens](/instant-settlement/guides/getting-testnet-tokens).

You can also mint AUSD from CTK with a `ctk → ausd` route. See [On-Chain Deposits](/api/sandbox/on-chain-deposits).

## Explorers

The API returns a `transactionHash` for each on-chain leg. Look it up on [Snowtrace (Fuji)](https://testnet.snowtrace.io) or [Etherscan (Sepolia)](https://sepolia.etherscan.io).
