Updates to the Agora Public API.
Transactions: INBOUND and OUTBOUND legs
Leg direction on GET /v0/transactions/{txnId} is now INBOUND (value arriving) or OUTBOUND (value leaving), replacing FROM_AGORA and TO_AGORA on every transaction type. Update any code that matches on the old values.
